A European style bistro located on Park Avenue. Enjoy anything from a mere espresso to a full meal. Cibon features toasted panini sandwiches, or try the relatively new pasta dishes. Customers are welcome to read or socialize inside and outside the cafe at its many tables. Cibon prides itself in fresh ingredients and an authentic, warm, and social atmosphere. Wines are available on a rotating basis, chosen with discerning consideration. The wine list is unique, as wines from all over the world are available. The prosciutto and cheeses are also imported. A special revolving martini list is a feature at Cibon, changing every four weeks. The coffee comes from Boston and the espresso from Italy. Desserts include homemade ice cream from California, as well as many other delectable pastries and tarts. The music is eclectic during the day and described as "ultra lounge" at night.
