In addtition to serving coffee and tea, Java's downtown (16 Gibbs St.) location serves lunch Mondays thru Saturdays starting at 11 a.m.

Any cafe can serve paninis, but Java's sandwiches start with fresh Baker Street Bakery bread baked fresh each morning. We use premium Boar's Head meats and cheeses, and fresh, local produce. We use no artificial ingredients, no processed foods, no preservatives, NO JUNK! Salads are homemade...by us. All sandwiches can be grilled to order and coupled with any of our house-made sauces.

Check our unique meat, vegetarian and vegan selections, with names like the Captain Jack, the Amber Classic and The Thing (arguably Rochester's BEST vegetarian sandwich!)

The Bakeshop
We opened our bakery in the fall of 2006 to make sure that our brownies, cakes, cookies, biscotti, macaroons, granola, muffins, quiche, coffee cake, bars, cheese cakes, scones and pies are the best that they can be. We make everything from scratch (no mixes) and use natural ingredients exclusively. We deliver to many Rochester eateries, and welcome wholesale inquiries.
